Cleaning services at buildings and public transport facilities in Szczecin and Police

Summary

The contract covers cleaning buildings and outdoor areas in Szczecin and Police: the premises at 5 Klonowica Street and 20a Niedziałkowskiego Street in Szczecin and their adjoining areas, together with public transport dispatch, staff and ticket-office facilities, waiting rooms, ticket offices, 12 lifts, 144 stop seats and temporary dispatch facilities. The work includes daily cleaning and sanitation, waste handling and replenishment of hygiene supplies, window washing, periodic floor and furniture care, and snow and ice removal in winter. Services will be provided for 12 months, from 1 January to 31 December 2027. Bidders must demonstrate the required previous cleaning experience and equipment and provide sufficient staff; the specified cleaning work must be performed by employees hired under employment contracts. A PLN 7,500 bid guarantee is required. Price is the only award criterion. Before contract signature, the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total contract price and liability insurance with cover of at least PLN 1,000,000. The bid must cover the entire contract, which is not divided into lots. The bid submission deadline is 12 October 2026 at 09:00.
