Supply of medical equipment in three lots: neurosurgical drill, orthopaedic drive and cardiac monitor set

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of medical equipment in three lots: one high-speed neurosurgical drill; one battery-powered orthopaedic drive with drilling and milling attachments, oscillating saws and sterilisation accessories; and four modular cardiac monitors with transport modules. The equipment must be delivered, installed, commissioned and tested, and the buyer’s medical and technical staff must be trained. Delivery is due by 20 November 2026. All equipment must be new and comply with the technical requirements for its lot. The minimum warranty is 24 months, with additional evaluation points for a longer warranty. Price accounts for 60% of the award criteria and warranty period for 40%. The bidder must provide original manufacturer materials supporting the technical specifications, applicable conformity or CE documents, proof of manufacturer-authorised warranty and post-warranty service in Poland, and at least one reference confirming installation of the offered equipment or equivalent evidence. The procurement is conditional on funding and may be cancelled if funding is not granted.
