Supply of vegetables, potatoes, apples and fermented vegetables to the Detention Centre in Lodz

Summary

The procurement covers the delivery of fresh vegetables, potatoes, apples, sauerkraut and pickled cucumbers to the Detention Centre in Lodz for 12 months starting on 10 December 2026. It is divided into four lots: vegetables (including 46,000 kg of carrots, 10,300 kg of parsley roots, 7,900 kg of celeriac, 2,200 kg of leeks, and specified quantities of cabbage, onions and beetroot), potatoes (up to 95,000 kg), apples (up to 7,700 kg), and fermented vegetables (8,500 kg of sauerkraut and 2,400 kg of pickled cucumbers). Bids may cover one, several or all lots, but a bid for any lot must include its complete assortment. Quantities are estimated maxima; actual orders depend on need and may be reduced by up to 30%, while the total value of products ordered over the contract period must be at least 70% of the value stated in the bid. Deliveries will be made in partial consignments at the supplier’s expense and risk, between 8:30 and 12:00, following orders placed at least three days in advance. Delivery vehicles must not exceed 3.6 m in height, 3.6 m in width or 15 m in length. Products must be fresh, meet the stated quality requirements and applicable food-safety legislation and standards, and be properly packaged. The bid must specify a complaint-resolution time of 24, 36 or 48 hours. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation score and complaint-resolution time for 40%. Bidders must submit the required offer form and exclusion declaration; no separate turnover, experience or staffing conditions have been set.
