Cleaning service for an office building and its surrounding premises in Warsaw

Summary

The tender concerns cleaning two connected office buildings and their surrounding premises at Jagiellońska 26 in Warsaw. The work covers 8,357.14 m² of indoor space, including offices, conference and staff rooms, toilets, corridors, staircases, lifts and the garage, as well as the outdoor area, waste room, terraces and balcony; the area occupied by the music theatre is excluded. The service includes daily cleaning and disinfection, waste sorting, replenishment of hygiene supplies, and snow and ice removal when needed. The bidder must organise the required staffing and working hours, provide its own equipment and compliant cleaning products, and meet the employment-contract and minimum PLN 100,000 liability-insurance requirements.
