Supply of an ultrasound system

Summary

The procurement is for one new ultrasound system, manufactured in 2026, for the cardiology clinic of the hospital in Gorlice. The contract also covers delivery to the hospital, installation, configuration and commissioning, user instruction and technical support. At handover, the supplier must provide the equipment certificates, technical passport and warranty documents. The system must meet the detailed technical specification and integrate with the hospital's PIXEL RIS/PACS system via HL7 and DICOM, including Worklist, Store and Print, without requiring the hospital to purchase additional licences, gateways or intermediary interfaces on the equipment side. Further requirements include multiple ultrasound and Doppler imaging modes, elastography, contrast-enhanced imaging, measurement and analysis software, and four types of probes. Tenders are evaluated on price (60%) and technical parameters (40%). The successful supplier must perform within five weeks of contract signature; the draft contract provides for a 36-month warranty and claims period.
