Winter maintenance of roads in the Municipality of Małkinia Górna, 2026/2027

Summary

The tender covers winter maintenance during the 2026/2027 season of roads, streets, sidewalks, cycle paths, car parks, railway crossings and bus stops owned or managed by the Municipality of Małkinia Górna. The work includes snow clearance and removal, obtaining and loading anti-skid materials, and treating icy and slippery surfaces. Mechanical sweeping of streets, sidewalks, cycle paths, car parks and squares may also be ordered as needed. Services are required until 30 April 2027. The contractor must be able to work around the clock, including weekends and public holidays, and provide the municipality with ongoing updates on road conditions. Roads are maintained by priority: work on first-priority roads must start within the response time offered; second-priority roads are serviced after the first-priority roads and no later than five hours after weather conditions worsen; other roads are cleared after the weather stabilises, following an instruction from the municipality. Sidewalk and cycle-path clearance must begin without delay when snow or ice impedes movement. Bidders must allow for civil liability insurance of at least PLN 500,000 and the required equipment: two ploughs, two spreaders, a light tractor or suitable equivalent for sidewalks, a loader, and a street sweeper or tractor-mounted sweeper. Personnel performing snow clearance and anti-icing work, as well as vehicle drivers, must be employed under employment contracts throughout the contract period. Evaluation weights price at 60% and response time for first-priority roads at 40%; bidders may offer a response time of 0.5, 1, 1.5 or 2 hours. No tender guarantee is required.
