Renovation and modernisation of the village hall rooms in Woźniki

Summary

The contract covers the comprehensive renovation and modernisation of the rooms in the village hall in Woźniki, Łubowo municipality. The works include improvements to the main and small halls, entrance area, corridors, cloakroom and sanitary facilities, as well as selected electrical, lighting, water-supply, drainage and hot-water installations. The scope includes replacing windows and doors, renewing the main hall’s suspended ceiling and LED lighting, finishing the small hall, modifying circulation routes, renovating the toilets and replacing the electrical distribution board. The works must be completed within 100 days of signing the contract, with the required tests, measurements and handover documentation provided. Bidders must submit the required signed declaration and provide a PLN 3,000 bid security before the submission deadline. Price accounts for 60 points and warranty duration for 40 points; bidders may offer a 36-, 48- or 60-month warranty. No minimum thresholds are set for financial standing, turnover, previous experience or technical capacity. Workers performing manual construction, painting and tiling must be employed under employment contracts.
