Renovation of the conference room, foyer, cloakroom and waiting room in the Leżajsk Municipal Office building

Summary

The tender covers the renovation and furnishing of the conference room, foyer, cloakroom and waiting room in the Leżajsk Municipal Office building. The works include, among other things, removing existing wall coverings and flooring, preparing and painting surfaces, installing vinyl flooring, plasterboard and decorative wall and ceiling finishes, replacing doors, making and installing furniture and fitted units, and carrying out LED lighting, electrical and network cabling works. The conference room is to be supplied with items including tables, 25 office chairs, a lectern and the Polish national emblem. A new partition wall, fittings and lighting are required in the waiting room. The building will remain in use during the works. The contractor must safely cordon off the work areas, limit dust and noise, keep circulation routes usable and organise the work to minimise disruption to the municipal office’s normal operations. Control measurements must be taken before fitted furniture and built-in units are made. The minimum scope to be performed is 80% of the contract. Renovation and furnishing of the conference room must be completed by 31 March 2027; the remaining rooms are to be completed within six months of contract signature. The works and installed equipment must be covered by a warranty of at least 36 and no more than 60 months. The bidder must submit the offer form, a simplified priced bill of quantities and a declaration confirming that no exclusion grounds apply. Price carries 60% of the evaluation weight and the warranty period 40%. The offer must be submitted electronically with a valid signature. No bid security or performance security is required.
