Winter maintenance of roads and pavements in Jerzmanowice-Przeginia, 2026/2027

Summary

The contract covers winter maintenance of local roads, pedestrian routes, parking areas and pavements in the municipality of Jerzmanowice-Przeginia during the 2026/2027 winter season. The work includes snow clearance, procurement and use of anti-skid materials, round-the-clock readiness and road patrols, reporting road conditions and equipment GPS data, and post-season cleaning of roads and pavements. The contracting authority may add up to 500 metres of road sections with a similar maintenance standard for the same fixed price. Snow clearance and anti-skid services run from 15 November 2026 to 31 March 2027; post-winter removal of spreading material must be completed by 15 April 2027. The bidder must demonstrate at least one properly performed winter road-maintenance service worth at least PLN 500,000 gross during the last three years and show access to the required machinery and equipment. The bid must state daily prices for active and standby operations and the time to begin an intervention. The standby price may not exceed 6% of the active-operation price, and the maximum permitted response time is 120 minutes. The evaluation gives 30% to the active-operation price, 30% to the standby price and 40% to response time. Equipment operators and staff coordinating drivers must be employed under employment contracts for the duration of the contract. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish.
