The tender covers the supply of medical equipment and furniture for the modernisation of the cardiology department at Józef Struś City Hospital in Poznań. It is divided into 11 lots: 1 defibrillator; 2 warming cabinet; 3 anaesthesia trolley; 4 chest-compression assistance device; 5 two defibrillators; 6 two dressing trolleys; 7 three multi-purpose trolleys; 8 ten syringe infusion pumps; 9 transport ventilator; 10 video distribution amplifier with accessories; and 11 medical monitor. Each lot has detailed technical and functional requirements. Equivalent products may be offered, but compliance must be evidenced with manufacturer documentation or other supporting proof. The supplier must deliver the equipment by 26 October 2026. Delivery includes transport, unloading and placement at the designated hospital location, as well as installation, connection and commissioning where needed. Medical devices must bear the CE mark and have the documents required for marketing and use in Poland; manuals and technical documentation must be in Polish or accompanied by a Polish translation. The contract requires consumables or spare parts to remain available for at least 10 years, or information on their availability to be provided in accordance with the law. The bidder must submit the required declarations, comply with the environmental and DNSH commitments, and state prices for the lots bid for and any subcontracted work. Any financial-capacity or previous-experience thresholds must be checked in the tender documents.
