Investor Supervision of Sanitary and Electrical Works on Streets in Sokółka

Summary

The procurement covers investor supervision of sanitary and electrical works on streets in the municipality of Sokółka. It is divided into two tasks: construction and reconstruction of Żytnia and Drzewna streets, including utility infrastructure; and construction of H. Sienkiewicza and K. I. Gałczyńskiego streets, together with the extension of C. K. Norwida Street. The works require supervision by a sanitary networks and installations inspector who coordinates the team, and an inspector for electrical and power installations. The service runs from contract signature until completion of the relevant construction project; the planned completion date is 15 July 2027 for Task 1 and 2 September 2027 for Task 2. The coordinator must visit the construction site at least once a week; twice-weekly visits earn additional evaluation points. Bids are evaluated on price (60 points), team experience (35 points) and site-visit frequency (5 points). Bidders may tender for one or both tasks. The bidder must demonstrate civil liability insurance of at least PLN 300,000, the required previous supervision experience and a qualified team with at least 10 years’ relevant experience. Bids must be submitted electronically. No bid security is required, but the successful bidder must provide contract-performance security equal to 5% of the total gross bid price.
