Road reconstruction and repair works in the Municipality of Daleszyce

Summary

The procurement comprises two roadwork lots in the Municipality of Daleszyce. Lot 1 is the reconstruction of a 420 m internal road in Słopiec, including an asphalt surface, road base layers and drainage solutions, as well as access roads, landscaping and traffic signage. Lot 2 is the repair of 795 m of Wiosenna Street, a municipal road in Mójcza, including renewal of the road surface and base, drainage repairs, and the necessary kerb, signage and landscaping works. Bidders may submit an offer for either or both lots. The works must be completed within 45 days of signing the contract and no later than 10 December 2026. Physical workers directly carrying out construction work must be employed under employment contracts throughout the contract period, and the works must provide safe, unobstructed access for people with disabilities. The quality guarantee must be at least 36 months, and the liability period for defects is 60 months. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation score and an extended guarantee period for 40%. For Lot 1, the bidder must have completed a roadworks contract worth at least PLN 800,000 gross within the past five years; for Lot 2, the minimum is PLN 500,000 gross. A construction manager authorised for road works and experienced in managing completed roadworks of the corresponding minimum value is also required. A bid bond must be provided before the submission deadline: PLN 15,000 for Lot 1 or PLN 8,000 for Lot 2. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the bid price and, before signing the contract, submit, among other things, a detailed cost estimate and proof of civil liability insurance covering at least the bid value.
