Adapting the municipal preschool building for people with disabilities

Summary

The contract covers construction of an accessible ramp for people with disabilities at the municipal preschool in Władysławów. The works include preparing and surveying the site, excavation, construction of reinforced-concrete foundation footings, columns and ramp, installation of handrails, and paving the access routes and driveway. The ramp must be built in accordance with the design and construction requirements and provide accessibility for people with special needs. The completion period is 7 weeks from signing the contract. Bidders must submit the required bid, qualification and exclusion declarations, together with a priced bill of quantities/cost estimate. A bid security of PLN 4,000 is required; the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross bid price. Workers carrying out construction and assembly work must generally be employed under employment contracts, except for people performing independent regulated construction functions and suppliers of construction materials. Bids are evaluated on price (60 points) and an extension to the warranty period (40 points). The minimum warranty is 3 years; each additional full year earns 20 points, up to 40 points. The bid submission deadline is 16 October 2026 at 10:00. Partial and variant bids are not permitted.
