Supply of computer equipment for the Malechowo Municipal Office

Summary

The procurement covers the delivery of four computers and one multifunction device to the Malechowo Municipal Office within 30 days of signing the contract. All equipment must be new, unused, complete, in working order, supplied through an official distribution channel and manufactured no earlier than January 2025. The computers must be all-in-one devices with at least a 27-inch QHD display, a processor with at least 14 cores and 14 threads and an Average CPU Mark PassMark score of at least 36,285, 16 GB of DDR5 memory and a 512 GB SSD. Windows 11 Pro, Microsoft Office Home & Business 2024 in Polish, a keyboard and mouse, and a three-year on-site warranty with next-working-day response are required. The multifunction device must be a monochrome laser printer, copier and scanner with automatic duplex operation and an automatic document feeder holding at least 50 sheets; print speed must be at least 40 pages per minute and copy speed at least 38 pages per minute. It must have a warranty of at least 12 months, and consumables must be included in the delivery. Bids will be evaluated on price (60%) and invoice payment term (40%); the offered payment term must be 7–30 days. The bidder must submit the technical-compliance schedule and required declarations.
