Traffic reorganisation and new pedestrian crossings on Leopolda Okulickiego Street in Szczecin

Summary

The tender covers changes to traffic arrangements on Leopolda Okulickiego Street in Szczecin, from the Wroclawska and Spiska street intersection to the city boundary. The core works include rebuilding the carriageway and sections of junctions, renewing footways and access roads, creating new pedestrian crossings and lighting five crossings, constructing stormwater drainage, introducing permanent traffic arrangements, protecting existing utility networks and carrying out landscaping. The contractor must prepare and obtain approval for the temporary traffic management design and provide as-built documentation. The contracting authority may exercise an option for resurfacing three sections of Okulickiego Street: 150 m / 1,080 m² between Anhellego and Przemyska streets; 180 m / 1,296 m² between Przemyska and Książacka streets; and 100 m / 720 m² between Książacka and Jagodowa streets. The option may be exercised in full or in part, and the contractor has no compensation claim if it is not ordered. Bids must cover the entire procurement; partial bids are not permitted. The core works must be completed within 5 months of handover of the construction site, which is to take place within 60 calendar days of signing the contract. Any option works must be completed within 4 months of receiving the notice exercising the option. The minimum warranty/defects-liability period is 60 months and the maximum period counted for evaluation is 72 months. Bids are assessed on price (60%), warranty period (20%) and the daily delay penalty offered (20%). The bid guarantee is PLN 35,000. Bidders must submit priced schedules and their bids electronically; the submission deadline is 16 October 2026 at 09:00. Participation requires evidence of the specified previous experience and appointment of a suitably qualified project team.
