Treatment of biodegradable waste from Łaziska Górne

Summary

The tender covers the receipt and treatment of 350 tonnes of biodegradable municipal waste (waste code 20 02 01) from Łaziska Górne: 210 tonnes loose and 140 tonnes in plastic bags. The contracting authority will deliver the waste. It must be handled at the facility named in the tender, located no more than 60 km by road from the authority’s premises and accepting deliveries on weekdays from 7:00 to 17:00. Each delivery must be weighed on a certified scale, documented and recorded in the BDO waste database. Compost or other material produced through processing and intended for use as a product must be marketed as fertiliser or a soil improver under the required permit or another legally permitted basis. The contract runs from signature until 31 December 2026 or until the contract’s maximum value is exhausted. The authority may order less than the estimated quantity but guarantees at least 60% of the contract value. The offer must cover the whole procurement; partial offers are not allowed. Price is the sole award criterion, weighted at 100%. The deadline for submitting offers is 9 October 2026 at 08:00.
