Supply of Wound Dressings

Summary

The procurement covers wound dressings in two lots through 30 September 2027. Lot 1 includes foam dressings for negative-pressure wound therapy, fluid collection canisters, a silver-coated wound contact layer, active hydroactive dressings, and a 12-month lease of two negative-pressure wound therapy devices. Lot 2 includes various absorbent dressings, including silver dressings, highly absorbent dressings with adhesive borders, foam dressings for sacral and heel areas, hydrocolloid dressings, and hydrocolloid gel. Quantities are estimates; actual deliveries will be ordered according to the buyer’s needs. Bids may be submitted for either or both lots. Price is the sole award criterion. Deliveries must be made at the contractor’s cost and risk within 48 hours of an order. The two leased devices must be delivered within two days, and staff must receive free operating instruction. Bidders must submit the required offer forms and a declaration concerning exclusion grounds and participation conditions. Supplied medical devices must meet the technical specification and be legally marketable and registered in Poland.
