Supply of laptops

Summary

The tender covers the supply of 15 laptops to the healthcare provider in Oława: used or refurbished Lenovo ThinkPad E15 Gen 2 devices or equivalent models. The equipment must meet the technical minimum requirements in the tender documents, including a CPU Mark score of at least 9,300, at least 8 GB DDR4 memory, a new SSD of at least 256 GB, a 15.6-inch Full HD display, Windows 11 Pro and a minimum 12-month warranty. The supply must also include at least three spare batteries and three spare power adapters, as well as information proving the authenticity of the software licences. Delivery must be made to the buyer’s premises at the supplier’s expense within no more than 14 calendar days; delivery within 7 days earns 20 evaluation points. Offers are evaluated on price (60%), delivery time (20%), laptop warranty (15%) and hard-drive warranty (5%). The bid must include the completed offer form, technical description, price schedule and required declarations. No separate turnover, experience or other bidder qualification thresholds are set, but bidders remain subject to the exclusion-ground checks.
