Summary
The procurement covers the organisation and delivery of seven vocational training courses for young people to develop additional skills and vocational qualifications. The lots comprise a bartender-waiter-barista course in Brzeg (8–9 participants, 60 hours); specialised telescopic forklift operator courses in Brzeg and Nysa (3–4 and 10–11 participants respectively, 40 hours each); beauty courses in Kędzierzyn-Koźle (5–6 participants, 60 hours) and Brzeg (6–7 participants, 60 hours); a cash-register operation course in Kędzierzyn-Koźle (7–8 participants, 10 hours); and a small-scale catering course on decorating cakes and tortes in Prudnik (5–6 participants, 20 hours). Depending on the course, the provider must deliver theoretical and practical instruction, provide the venue and training materials, and insure each participant against accidents for PLN 10,000; medical examinations must also be arranged for the forklift operator courses. Each participant must receive a document certifying course completion and the skills or competences acquired. The contract must be completed within 30 days of signature. The provider must hold the required registration to provide training services and an active entry in Poland’s Development Services Database (BUR); the registration requirement also applies to subcontractors delivering training. Each trainer must have relevant qualifications and at least two years of relevant professional experience within the two years preceding the bid deadline. Price is the sole award criterion, weighted at 100%. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish, with prices in Polish zloty.
