Supply of reagents to the Veterinary Hygiene Laboratory in Warsaw

Summary

The procurement comprises four lots of laboratory supplies for the Veterinary Hygiene Laboratory in Warsaw. Bids may cover one or all lots: (1) two packages of ready-to-use Sabouraud medium with chloramphenicol, each containing six 200 ml bottles; (2) six 7.5 g packages of certified pork reference material, with a certified chloramphenicol value of 0.230 ± 0.021 µg/kg; (3) LC-MS/MS standards: one 250 mg package of chloramphenicol and two 10 mg packages of chloramphenicol D5; and (4) 220 RODAC contact plates for testing yeast, mould and the working environment. Products must meet the specified shelf-life and technical requirements and be supplied with the required batch quality and other documentation. Deliveries are phased: the initial deliveries are generally due within 21 days, Lot 3 within 30 days, and the remaining 120 plates in Lot 4 within 4–6 weeks and no later than 22 December 2026. Price is the only award criterion. The bid deadline is 9 October 2026 at 09:00. To participate, a business must be entered in the required commercial register and hold a current permit to market the relevant chemical for the lot concerned; the bid must include a description of the offered goods and the required declarations.
