Individual psychotherapy services for up to 40 project participants, totalling 1,048 hours
Summary
The procurement is for individual psychotherapy for up to 40 young people in foster care or transitioning to independent living, under the “Ready for Adulthood” project. The maximum volume is 1,048 hours, of which the contracting authority guarantees at least 850 hours; the hours per participant will depend on individual needs. Each session-hour must last at least 50 minutes, with an average frequency of 2–3 sessions per month. The service primarily targets young people aged 15 and over in foster care and people up to age 25 moving towards independence who face adjustment, stress, emotional or behavioural difficulties, or need support with social and educational functioning. The work must take account of trauma and individual needs and maintain continuity in the therapeutic relationship. Sessions will normally take place in the provider’s office in Gdansk; remote sessions may be used in justified cases with the contracting authority’s agreement. The provider must arrange convenient appointments, offer sessions on weekends and in the afternoons and evenings, document sessions, monitor progress and submit monthly attendance reports. The contract runs until 31 August 2028 or until the maximum number of hours has been used, whichever comes first. The bidder must demonstrate that every assigned specialist has a master’s degree and the required psychotherapy qualifications. Price is the sole award criterion (100%); the tender documents state that the service is exempt from VAT. The bid must cover the entire service and include the required bid form, declarations and documents proving authority to represent the bidder.
