Sale and delivery of disinfectants to the specialist hospital in Mielec

Summary

The tender covers the periodic sale and delivery, in 26 product groups, of disinfectants, cleaning agents and related accessories to the Edmund Biernacki Specialist Hospital in Mielec. The products include agents for cleaning and disinfecting bronchoscopes, endoscopes and instruments; hand, skin and wound antisepsis and skin care; treatment of surfaces and medical devices, organic contamination, rooms and catheters; as well as chemicals for hospital washers, wipes, dispensers and holders. Bidders may submit an offer for one or more groups, including all groups, and each group will be evaluated separately. Products must meet the technical specifications for the relevant group, be intended for healthcare facilities and have the documentation required under Polish and EU law for marketing and use. The offer must include a declaration to this effect and Polish-language catalogues, leaflets or product descriptions demonstrating the required parameters; bidders proposing equivalent solutions must prove compliance. Deliveries will be made over 12 months as the hospital requires. Each order must be delivered within 7 days to the hospital pharmacy at the bidder’s cost and risk, including unloading and bringing the goods inside. If needs remain and the contract value has not been exhausted, the contracting authority may exercise an option for the same supplies for up to 6 additional months.
