Supply of office supplies, printer toner and consumables

Summary

Ruda Śląska Municipal Hospital is seeking a 24-month supply, divided into six lots, of office supplies, copy paper, envelopes, printer toner and other consumables, labels, and DVD media with sleeves and RFID access cards. Deliveries will be made to the hospital warehouse as needed, generally within three working days of an order; the supplier is responsible for delivery and bringing the goods into the warehouse. For Lot 4, covering printer consumables, the supplier must also collect and dispose of used materials. Bids may cover one or more lots, and each lot will be assessed separately; price is the only award criterion. Bidders must submit a signed bid and a declaration that no exclusion grounds apply. No financial or experience-based qualification criteria have been set.
