Construction of a village community centre and essential technical infrastructure in Koszele

Summary

The contract covers construction of a single-storey village community centre with an unused attic and the essential technical infrastructure in Koszele, in the municipality of Orla. The works include site preparation and foundations; structural and partition walls; roofing, windows and doors; interior finishes; electrical, water, sewerage, heating and ventilation systems; air-conditioning equipment; building fittings; and landscaping, including parking and pedestrian areas. The contractor must prepare as-built documentation and a geodetic as-built survey and obtain the occupancy permit. The works must be completed by 30 June 2028. A warranty of at least 60 months must cover all works, equipment and installed fittings. To participate, a bidder must hold civil liability insurance related to the contract of at least PLN 600,000 and have properly completed, within the last five years, at least one project worth at least PLN 600,000 involving construction, reconstruction or extension of a public-use building. The bidder must appoint a construction manager with at least five years of experience, unrestricted construction-management qualifications in the relevant specialty and the required experience on at least one public-building project worth at least PLN 600,000. The bid must include a complete priced bill of quantities and the required declarations, as well as bid security of PLN 10,000 provided before the submission deadline. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the contract price before signing. Bids are evaluated on price (60%) and warranty duration (40%).
