Construction of the Orlik 2025 sports complex and athletics facilities at the First General Secondary School in Brodnica

A tender guarantee of PLN 40,474.95 is required with the bid; before signing the contract, the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total tender price. Employees performing physical construction work must be employed under employment contracts. Tenders are evaluated on price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the warranty must be at least 36 months and may be up to 60 months. The contract is not divided into lots.
