Design Documentation for a Volunteer Fire Station and Temporary Shelter in Nowe Miasto nad Pilicą

Summary

The tender covers the preparation of two coordinated designs and complete multidisciplinary design and cost-estimation documentation for a volunteer fire brigade station and its underground section in Nowe Miasto nad Pilicą. The basement must serve the fire brigade in normal use and be designed so it can be adapted as a temporary shelter for approximately 200 people. The second project is a fire station with a tower and at least five vehicle bays. The contractor must prepare two materially different concepts for each project, forming two complete alternatives, and then develop the selected option into multidisciplinary construction, technical and detailed designs, specifications, cost estimates, and the required surveys and approvals. The contractor must obtain the necessary technical conditions, permits and final building permit, and provide author supervision. Work is divided into three stages: concepts and visualisations are due by 15 December 2026; complete documentation and the building permit by 30 November 2027; and author supervision continues until the construction contract is completed, but no later than 30 November 2031. Participation requires relevant liability insurance of at least PLN 150,000, qualifying previous design experience and a suitably qualified team. Bids are evaluated on price (60%) and the experience of the architect/team leader (40%).
