Reconstruction, extension and vertical extension of the Community House in Smęgorzów

Summary

The tender covers the reconstruction, extension and vertical extension of the Community House in Smęgorzów. The work includes structural and finishing works, roofing and façade works, and water, sewerage, heating and electrical installations. The contractor must supply the materials and equipment, carry out the required final tests, provide two copies of the handover documentation, and apply for and obtain the building occupancy permit. The works must be completed by 31 August 2027 at the latest. The contracting authority may reduce the scope, but the minimum gross contract value is PLN 500,000. Bidders must submit declarations concerning exclusion grounds and qualification conditions, and provide evidence of previous construction experience and the competence of the personnel proposed for the project. During performance, the contractor must maintain liability insurance of at least PLN 1,000,000 and employ the workers carrying out construction, sanitary-installation and electrical-installation works under employment contracts.
