Renovation of three residential units in Warsaw

Summary

The tender covers renovation works in three residential units in Warsaw’s Wola district, all wholly owned by the City of Warsaw. The works include general building, sanitary and electrical work and must follow the scope set out in the tender documents and work schedules. Completion is required by 21 December 2026, starting from the date the contractor is given access to the work site. Bidders must have the specified renovation experience and provide three suitably qualified works managers covering the required specialties. The bid must include the required declaration on absence of exclusion grounds and fulfilment of participation conditions, as well as a PLN 2,000 tender guarantee. Price accounts for 80% of the evaluation and warranty for 20%; the warranty must be at least 24 months, and warranty periods are scored up to 36 months. A 60-month liability period for defects is also required. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the total bid price before the contract is signed. Bids must be submitted electronically, and bids for separate lots are not permitted.
