Summary

Rawicz Prison is procuring dairy products for 12 months starting 1 January 2027: 200 kg of natural yoghurt, 500 kg of processed cheese spread, 200 kg of 12% sour cream, 1,000 kg of cottage cheese, 3,000 kg of low-fat curd cheese, 1,500 kg of skimmed milk powder and 400 kg of hard yellow cheese. The quantities are estimates, but the contracting authority undertakes to order at least 70% of the quantities stated in the bid form and will pay only for goods actually delivered. Deliveries must be made at the bidder’s expense and using its own transport once a week to Rawicz, Monday to Friday between 7:30 and 12:00; each order must be fulfilled within three days. Products must meet food-safety and quality requirements, be properly packaged and labelled, and have sufficient shelf life upon delivery. Bids will be evaluated on price (60%), payment term (20%) and complaint-resolution time (20%). Bidders must submit the required forms and declarations; no minimum turnover, previous-experience or technical-capacity requirements have been set.
