Design documentation for modernising the educational facilities in Krakow

Summary

The tender covers the preparation of design documentation for modernising the educational facilities of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship educational institutions complex in Krakow. The planned project includes an integrated vocational education workshop and dormitory rooms. The contractor must prepare complete multidisciplinary designs, obtain the required approvals and documents for the building-permit application, and provide author supervision during construction. The work has three stages: the design concept, building design and building-permit application by 21 December 2026; the detailed design, bills of quantities, cost estimates, technical specifications for construction works and safety plan, and a final building permit by 30 March 2027; and author supervision until the construction contractor obtains an occupancy permit, expected no later than 15 September 2027. The tenderer must demonstrate the required previous experience and provide a lead designer/coordinator with an unrestricted architectural design licence. Offers must be submitted electronically by 9:30 a.m. on 8 October 2026. Price is the sole award criterion, weighted at 100%. No tender guarantee is required.
