Supply of disinfectant preparations

Summary

The procurement is for the supply of disinfectant preparations to the hospital pharmacy of NOVUM-MED Sp. z o.o. in Więcbork. Deliveries will be made in successive batches against orders during the contract period, generally within 3 working days of each order. The contract runs until 31 December 2026. Products must be new, lawfully marketable in the European Union and compliant with the tender specifications. At delivery, at least 80% of the shelf life specified by the manufacturer must remain. The quantities are estimates, but the contracting authority undertakes to order at least 50% of the planned quantities; it may increase quantities under an option of up to 50% of the contract’s gross value. Tenders cannot be submitted for separate lots, and price is the sole award criterion. Bidders must submit a price schedule and product information materials, such as leaflets, catalogues or technical data sheets, clearly identifying the offered products and demonstrating compliance; materials in other languages must be translated into Polish. Required certificates, registration evidence and other product documents must be provided on request. No separate financial or technical qualification thresholds are set. The tender must include declarations concerning exclusion grounds and participation requirements. No tender guarantee is required. The submission deadline is 7 October 2026 at 9:30, and the payment term is 60 days.
