Design documentation for photovoltaic systems and energy storage at municipal buildings

Summary

The procurement covers the preparation of design and cost-estimate documentation for photovoltaic systems and energy storage at buildings belonging to Juchnowiec Kościelny municipality, together with author’s supervision during construction. It is divided into ten lots and includes, among other sites, the municipal office, educational and library buildings, and village community centres. At the municipal office, the existing 36 kW photovoltaic system is to be designed for expansion to 50 kW, with an energy storage system. The designer must obtain the necessary approvals and, where required, assist with obtaining a building permit or filing a notification; the energy-storage location must be agreed with the contracting authority. The documentation and necessary approvals are due by 21 December 2026. Author’s supervision includes up to five visits. The tender must state a price for each lot and name a designer with electrical design rights and experience in photovoltaic projects; the form allows experience bands of 2, 3, 4, 5, or at least 6 projects.
