Winter maintenance of county roads in Polkowice County, 2026–2027 season, lots 1 and 2

Summary

The contract covers winter maintenance of county roads in Polkowice County during the 2026–2027 winter season, divided into two lots: Lot 1 in the Grębocice area, covering 65.741 km of roads, and Lot 2 in the Polkowice–Radwanice area, covering 53.379 km. The work includes preventive measures, snow clearance on roads and related areas, anti-icing and treatment of slippery surfaces using spreading materials or de-icing agents, road patrols, round-the-clock standby, reporting, and provision of equipment, loading and storage facilities. The contracting authority supplies the spreading material; the contractor must provide one hardened, covered storage area for each lot and a loader. The required equipment is a truck with a payload of at least 5 tonnes or a tractor with at least 100 hp, fitted with a front-mounted snowplough with a working width of at least 2.6 m and a spreader of at least type P-1. Equipment must be kept ready for deployment, and work must begin no later than two hours after a call. Price is worth 60 points and guaranteed response time 40 points; the stated response time must be between 10 and 120 minutes. The volume of work depends on weather and the authority’s actual needs. Services run from 1 November 2026 to 30 April 2027; technical readiness is paid for from 1 November 2026 to 31 March 2027. Bidders must have relevant liability insurance of at least PLN 200,000 and submit a PLN 2,000 bid guarantee, the required declarations and the priced schedule.
