Update of design documentation for the Mazańcowicka Street extension and bus bay in Bielsko-Biała

Summary

The contract concerns updating the design documentation for the extension of Mazańcowicka Street in Bielsko-Biała, including construction of a bus bay near the junction with national road DK1. The work includes preparing complete, multidisciplinary design and cost documentation; necessary geodetic documentation; obtaining the approvals, conditions and administrative decisions needed for a building permit or ZRID road investment permit; designing temporary and permanent traffic arrangements; and preparing tender materials for the construction works. The contractor must also provide author’s supervision during works covered by the documentation. The contract must be completed within 300 days of signing. Tenders must cover the entire contract; partial tenders are not allowed. The bidder must have a road-design professional whose authorisation covers the roads concerned, and that person must personally prepare the road documentation. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the professional’s relevant design experience for 40%. The required tender guarantee is PLN 400. The successful bidder must provide contract-performance security equal to 5% of the total tender price, less the price for author’s supervision.
