Supply of medicines, medical materials and disposable medical articles to the hospital pharmacy in Śrem

Summary

The procurement covers the supply, in 15 packages, of medicines, medical materials, antiseptics and disinfectants, and disposable medical articles to the hospital pharmacy of the care and treatment facility in Śrem. Bids may be submitted for individual packages, and price is the only award criterion for each package. The contract runs from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2027. Medicines must be delivered within 2 working days and other goods within 3 working days after an order is placed. Quantities are estimates and may change while the agreed prices remain unchanged. For medicine packages, bidders must hold a wholesale-pharmacy permit for medicinal products and maintain business-related civil liability insurance of at least PLN 500,000 throughout the contract period. Products must meet the package specifications, be authorised for sale and use, and generally have at least 12 months of shelf life on delivery; the minimum is 5 months for special-purpose food. Equivalent products are allowed, but required dosage forms and pack quantities must be respected and no individual line items may be omitted.
