Deliveries of fresh vegetables, potatoes, fermented vegetables and frozen vegetables to Łowicz Prison

The procurement covers recurring deliveries to Łowicz Prison of fresh vegetables, edible potatoes, fermented vegetables and frozen vegetables in four groups. Estimated quantities are: beetroot 22,000 kg, onions 17,000 kg, white cabbage 19,000 kg, red cabbage 2,500 kg, carrots 25,000 kg, parsley root 11,000 kg, leeks 1,000 kg and celeriac 14,000 kg; edible potatoes 100,000 kg; sauerkraut 9,500 kg and pickled cucumbers 1,200 kg; frozen broccoli 250 kg, cauliflower 350 kg and julienned mixed vegetables 380 kg. Quantities are estimates and may vary with actual needs, but the total contract value may not exceed the value stated in the offer. The draft contract provides for orders worth at least 70% of the offer value. Products must meet the freshness, condition, size, consistency, packaging and other quality specifications in the tender documents. Deliveries are made in batches to the Łowicz Prison warehouse no later than three days after an order and by 10:00 on the delivery day. Fresh vegetables and potatoes must be delivered at least weekly, fermented products at least monthly, and frozen products at least once every two months. Each group is covered by a 12-month contract: fresh vegetables from 25 November 2026 to 24 November 2027, potatoes from 2 December 2026 to 1 December 2027, fermented products from 12 November 2026 to 11 November 2027, and frozen products from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. Bidders may submit an offer for one or more groups. The offer must state the total price including VAT, unit prices to no more than two decimal places, and the proposed complaint-resolution time. Price accounts for 60% of the score and complaint-resolution time for 40%; a replacement delivery within six hours or less receives the maximum score for that criterion, while a response time exceeding 24 hours receives no points. The submission deadline is 8 October 2026 at 10:00. Bidders must provide the required declarations concerning exclusion and participation conditions; no specific turnover, experience or staffing thresholds are set. No bid security is required.
