Urban planning service for draft decisions on development conditions and public-purpose investment locations

Summary

Gmina Krasnopol is procuring a 12-month urban planning service. The contractor will prepare materials, analyses and draft decisions for proceedings on development conditions and the location of public-purpose investments, and handle applications to amend such decisions. The maximum quantities are 270 development-condition cases, 5 public-purpose investment location cases and 10 applications to amend decisions. The work includes checking applications and the applicable legal framework, preparing required planning analyses, draft decisions and procedural correspondence, and making justified corrections. Deliverables must be provided in editable format and PDF. The initial file review and draft request to remedy deficiencies are generally due within 3 working days; the complete analysis and draft decision are generally due within 14 working days after complete materials are received. Bids are evaluated on price (60%) and the Key Urban Planner’s experience (40%). Participation requires at least one Key Urban Planner with the required professional qualifications, and a PLN 2,000 bid guarantee. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 10:00 on 7 October 2026.
