Regular Dairy Product Deliveries with Transport Service

Summary

The procurement covers 60 types of dairy and related food products, including transport to the Olympic Preparation Centre in Władysławowo. The range includes, among other items, yogurts, kefir, buttermilk, cottage cheese, cheeses, butter, milk, cream, mayonnaise, plant-based drinks, and tofu. Deliveries will be made in batches over six months as required by the centre. An order placed on a working day before 3:00 p.m. will generally have to be delivered by 8:00 a.m. on the next working day. The supplier must use suitable transport and bring the goods into the designated storeroom. Quantities are estimates; payment is for goods actually delivered, and the minimum amount payable under the contract is 60% of its total contract value. The bid must identify each product and manufacturer, state product characteristics and package sizes, and give unit prices. Price is the sole award criterion.
