Supply of laboratory reagents

Summary

The specialist hospital in Brzozów is procuring laboratory reagents and diagnostic supplies for histopathology for 24 months. Supplies will be made to the laboratory in response to orders, and the bid must state a delivery time of no more than 5 working days. Price accounts for 60% and delivery time for 40% of the evaluation score: a 5-working-day delivery time receives 39 delivery points, while a shorter time receives 40. The bid submission deadline is 7 October 2026 at 10:00. Bidders must submit the required declarations; a declaration of conformity and CE certificate are required for products classified as medical devices.
