Winter maintenance of municipal and internal roads

Summary

The tender concerns winter maintenance, primarily snow clearance, on municipal and internal roads in Lubawa Municipality, as ordered by the contracting authority. It is divided into three parts: Part 1 requires 3 machines, while Parts 2 and 3 each require 4. Bids may cover one or more parts, but the same machine cannot be counted for more than one part. Eligible equipment is a four-wheel-drive tractor, backhoe loader or loader with a snowplough and an output of at least 66.19 kW (90 hp). Machines must be serviceable and insured, ready to start work within 30 minutes of being called, and equipped with a phone, wheel chains, towing equipment and a yellow warning light. The service runs from contract award until 15 April 2027. The bid must state the gross price per working hour for each part and the combined power of the proposed machines. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and machine power for 40%. Bidders must submit the required declarations and, where applicable, evidence of signing authority and documents concerning relied-on resources or joint bidders. No bid security or performance security is required.
