Ordnance survey and clearance in the Rzuchów forest district

Summary

The contract covers the survey and clearance of a 37.99-hectare area for unexploded ordnance in the Rzuchów forest district, within the Koło Forest District, in 2026. The work includes surveying the land, removing explosive items and, where necessary, destroying them; the contractor must also clear waste arising from its work. Work starts on the date the contract is signed and must be completed within six weeks. Price accounts for 60% of the score and a shorter completion period for 40%; the tender guarantee is PLN 3,000. The bidder must have performed or be performing at least one ordnance-survey and clearance service contract worth at least PLN 100,000 gross during the previous three years. The required resources include at least two suitable metal detectors, at least two suitably qualified sappers and at least one explosive-ordnance-clearance supervisor with at least two years of relevant supervisory experience. The bidder must submit the required declarations, prepare the bid in Polish, sign it electronically and submit it through the platform. Workers carrying out ordnance-clearance and destruction activities must be employed under employment contracts where required. Before the contract is signed, the successful bidder must provide the required professional-preparation certificates and civil-liability insurance.
