Design of streets in Sulechów

Summary

The procurement is for design documentation for the construction or extension of approximately 710 metres of roads in Sulechów: Władysław Herman Street, Kazimierz Sprawiedliwy Street and a section of Władysław Łokietek Street. The commission includes, among other things, construction and technical designs for all required disciplines, bills of quantities, traffic-management designs, technical specifications, geotechnical documentation, a 1:500 design-purpose map and cost documentation. The work also includes preparing preliminary and final design concepts for approval, obtaining required opinions, permits and approvals, and securing the final road investment permit (ZRID). The design must take account of, among other things, class D roads, a design speed of 30 km/h, an axle load of up to 11.5 tonnes, stormwater drainage, street lighting on Kazimierz Sprawiedliwy Street, traffic safety, accessibility and landscaping. The preliminary concept is due within 60 days and the final concept within 90 days of contract signing; the entire commission must be completed within 360 days. The bidder must have prepared, within the last five years, at least one design package for the construction or extension of a road at least 300 m long and obtained a ZRID decision for it. A PLN 1,500 bid guarantee is required; upon contract award, the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross offer price. Offers are evaluated on price (60%) and an extension of the required 36-month warranty by up to 24 months (40%).
