Design documentation for a pedestrian route on road 1773K in Spytkowice

Summary

The tender is for design documentation for a section of county road 1773K, Spytkowice–Miejsce, in Spytkowice, approximately from km 0+230 to km 0+610. The project will provide a pedestrian route and the necessary technical infrastructure. The work includes, among other things, surveying materials for design, preparation of design solutions, building and technical designs, a permanent traffic-management design, works specifications and cost documents, required approvals, and either the construction permit or confirmation that no objection has been raised to the works notification. The contract also includes author’s supervision. The work must be completed by 17 December 2027. The bidder must provide at least one designer with unrestricted road-design qualifications who will lead and coordinate the work and has managed the preparation of design documentation for the construction, extension or reconstruction of at least one road at least 1.0 km long. A personnel list stating qualifications, authorisations and experience must be submitted. No specific economic or financial capacity requirement is set. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish; no bid security is required. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross bid price. The award criteria are price (60%), the designer’s additional experience (30%) and the warranty period for the design documentation (10%). Each qualifying road design project beyond the one required for participation earns 10 points, up to 3 additional projects and 30 points. The warranty must be at least 36 months; periods exceeding 60 months are scored as 60 months. The contract is not divided into lots.
