Preparation of a Conservation Works Programme and Interior Design Project

The contract covers preparation and approval of a conservation works programme and an interior design project for historic Villa Daisy in Wałbrzych. The work concerns the protected building at 43 Moniuszki Street and must comply with its heritage and design conditions. The documentation is to be delivered as one coordinated package under the responsibility of a single contractor; bids for separate lots are not permitted. The work must be completed within 65 calendar days, counting from the day after the contract is signed. The tender must include the required declaration concerning absence of exclusion grounds and fulfilment of participation conditions.
