Supply of a self-propelled wheeled backhoe loader

Summary

The procurement is for the delivery of one brand-new, self-propelled wheeled backhoe loader with the required equipment, including delivery, commissioning and operator training. The machine must be manufactured in 2025 or later and meet the technical minimum requirements in the tender documents. For example, it must have an engine of at least 4.8 litres and 78 kW, six forward and four reverse gears, a hydraulic system flow of 165 l/min and working pressure of 251 bar. The loader section must include a 1.2 m³ 6-in-1 bucket with forks; the excavator section must allow digging to a depth of at least 5.97 m. The minimum warranty is 24 months. The bidder must deliver the machine to the Raciechowice municipal offices, commission it there, train the operators and provide Polish-language operating instructions and other required documents no later than 15 November 2026. The tender must include a technical description or catalogue and confirmation that the machine meets the requirements. The bidder must prove that it duly completed at least two separate backhoe-loader deliveries during the previous three years, each involving at least one machine with a gross value of PLN 250,000 or more; smaller deliveries cannot be combined to meet the threshold. A tender guarantee of PLN 6,000 and a declaration confirming the absence of exclusion grounds are also required. Tenders are evaluated on price (60 points) and an extension of the warranty and statutory liability period (40 points): the minimum is two years, and each additional full year earns 10 points, up to 40 points.
