Winter maintenance of municipal roads in Wyry during the 2026–2027 season

Summary

The procurement covers winter maintenance of local roads, pavements and public squares in the municipality of Wyry, in the localities of Wyry and Gostyń, during the 2026/2027 season. The work includes removing snow, drifts and slush and treating slippery surfaces with sand and, where needed, chemicals. Removing snow from the road area is not included. The contractor must provide the materials, technically serviceable equipment and at least four people to serve both localities around the clock. Work must begin no later than one hour after the dispatcher’s call, and in average snowfall the roads must be brought to the required condition before 5:00 a.m. The season is planned to run from 1 November 2026 to 31 March 2027, subject to weather-related changes. During the preceding three years, the bidder must have completed at least two winter road-maintenance contracts, each worth at least PLN 250,000 gross. Specified tractors, spreaders, trucks and a backhoe loader are required, as is an operating base within 10 km by public road of the contracting authority. Vehicle operators must be employed under employment contracts. The price offer must state a monthly readiness charge and unit prices per machine hour and for spreading sand or chemicals. The monthly price carries 50% of the evaluation weight and the sum of unit prices carries 50%. The deadline for bids is 7 October 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
