The contract covers cleaning services for the Regional Labour Office in Gdansk during 2027, plus a one-off carpet and upholstered-furniture cleaning service in Slupsk. In Gdansk, the contractor must clean 1,664.01 m² at Podwale Przedmiejskie 30 and 227.26 m² of office space at Zabi Kruk 16. Cleaning is required on weekdays; the Podwale Przedmiejskie 30 building also requires daytime service, toilet checks at least once an hour, and periodic cleaning. In Slupsk, the contractor must use a low-speed machine to clean 166.80 m² of carpet and 60 upholstered chairs. The contract runs from signature, but no earlier than 1 January 2027, until 31 December 2027. The bidder must include the costs of its own cleaning products, consumables, equipment and staff.
