Operation and maintenance of the water and wastewater system in Tuczna Municipality

Summary

The contract covers the operation and maintenance of the water and wastewater system in Tuczna Municipality for six months from the date the contract is signed. The services include operating and maintaining the wastewater treatment plant, sewer network and 17 sewage pumping stations, as well as water intakes and the water supply network; repairing faults; and keeping operational records. The sewer network is 24.6 km long and serves approximately 1,100 customers. The water supply network is 107.1 km long, with 50.9 km of water connections. The work also includes a 24-hour technical emergency service, reading water meters at least once every quarter, and restoring roads and pavements after network repairs. Participation is reserved for contractors with a specified social purpose: at least 30% of the employees of the contractor or unit performing the contract must belong to the specified socially marginalized groups. Bids are evaluated on price (60%) and the time to start fault removal (40%); the offered response time must be between 1 and 4 hours. The bid submission deadline is 7 October 2026 at 10:00.
