Scheduled Food Deliveries to the Kraków Social Care Home

Summary

The tender concerns the scheduled supply of food products to a social care home at Łanowa 43 in Kraków from 1 November to 31 December 2026. It is divided into two lots: Lot I covers fresh meat, meat products and poultry, and Lot II covers milk and dairy products. Bidders may tender for one or both lots, but may submit only one bid for each lot. Deliveries are made as ordered, at the supplier’s expense. Lot I must be delivered twice a week, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 and 11:00; Lot II must be delivered Monday to Saturday, between 5:00 and 6:00. The type and quantity required will generally be notified at least three days before delivery. The supplier must maintain the cold chain and comply with food-safety, labelling and quality requirements; each delivery must include a commercial identification document. Fresh meat and poultry in Lot I must have at least 4 days of remaining shelf life, and meat products at least 7 days. Defective or incorrectly quantified goods must be replaced at the supplier’s expense, no later than the next working day. The bid must price the full range of products in the chosen lot. Prices must include transport, unloading, carrying goods into the kitchen store, free loan of reusable containers and removal of packaging. Bids are evaluated solely on the lowest total price (100%). The submission deadline is 7 October 2026 at 9:00. Bids and documents must be submitted in Polish.
