Supply of fish, fish products and chicken eggs

Summary

The procurement covers supplies of fish, fish products and chicken eggs for 12 months, divided into two lots: (1) fish and fish products and (2) chicken eggs. A bidder may submit an offer for either or both lots, and one bidder may be awarded both. Estimated quantities for Lot 1 are 100 kg of lightly salted herring fillets, 1,600 kg of frozen herring fillets, 500 kg of frozen hake, 300 kg of vegetarian salad, and 200 kg each of the two specified canned fish products. Lot 2 covers 70,000 chicken eggs. The quantities are estimates, but the contracting authority undertakes to order at least 70% of the quantities stated in the bidder’s price form. Products must comply with food quality and sanitary rules and HACCP requirements, and be fresh, properly packaged and labelled. Eggs must meet Class I A and M size requirements (53–63 g) and have a remaining shelf life of at least 21 days from delivery. Fish and fish products are subject to product-specific composition, packaging and shelf-life requirements, including minimum fish content for canned products. The supplier must deliver at its own expense and using its own transport to the prison warehouse in Rawicz once a week, Monday to Friday between 7:30 and 12:00; each order must be fulfilled within three days. Offers are evaluated on price (60%), payment period (20%) and complaint-handling time (20%). Participation requires the offer form and the prescribed declarations concerning exclusion and participation conditions; no specific turnover, staffing or previous-experience threshold is set.
